Big Hand Brewing is a distinguished craft microbrewery situated near Wrexham, North Wales. Our commitment to blending time-honoured values and flavours with innovation and creativity sets us apart. Our extensive range includes cask conditioned ales, as well as keg and bottled beers.
Established in 2013 by the dynamic duo of uncle and nephew, Dave and Andy, Big Hand Brewing swiftly earned a reputation as a formidable presence in the North Wales craft brewing scene. Our dedication to excellence has been recognised with five prestigious SIBA regional awards. As our brewery has evolved, we have continuously crafted and refined numerous new recipes, resulting in a diverse selection of four permanent beers, alongside a rotating offering of regular and special edition brews.

In 2021, we welcomed a new addition to our team as Andy pursued new adventures. John Smith joined us as a Director and shareholder, bringing with him a lifelong passion for beer and a wealth of expertise in business growth.
Sadly, in 2022 Dave passed away, his legacy and passion continue to resonate within our brewery. Despite the loss, our dedicated team at Big Hand Brewing remains busy and his passion runs through all the staff. Under the skilful guidance of Adam, our esteemed Head Brewer, we proudly uphold the tradition of crafting Big Hand beers using the same cherished recipes and premium ingredients, ensuring the unwavering quality that our customers have come to expect.
